We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulty logging in to FinancialPoint Plus. Please try the following steps:

  1. Are you registered for an account? If you are a first-time user, register for an account.

  2. If you are unsure about your Organization Web ID, it can be found on your EAP wallet card, poster or benefit brochure.

  3. Did you enter the correct user name and password? User names and passwords must be no longer than 16 characters and can include uppercase or lowercase letters, numbers and these symbols: _ - @ # $ % ^ &.

    Please return to the login page to re-enter your correct user name and password. If you have forgotten your user name or continue to have difficulty, you can register for a new account (you'll have to select a new user name).

  4. Have you forgotten your username? We can e-mail your username to the address you provided for your account.

  5. Have you forgotten your password? We can e-mail a new password to the address you provided for your account.

  6. FinancialPoint Plus supports the most recent versions of most Web browsers, including Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge (replaces Microsoft Internet Explorer). FinancialPoint Plus will no longer support Microsoft Internet Explorer after January 2022.

  7. If none of these tips help, our representatives may be able to assist you. To protect your privacy, they can't provide your user name or password, but they can troubleshoot your problem or provide your Organization Web ID so that you can register for an account.
